This internet page is presented by LUWOGE consult GmbH, referred to hereinafter as the provider. No fees will be charged for use of this internet presence. Access is permitted to everybody. Use is anonymous unless the user enters personal data when requesting information.

The provider wishes to point out that data transmission via internet is effectively unsecure at the moment. The possibility that transmitted data may be noted by unauthorised persons cannot be excluded. If you access our computer, data will be stored temporarily on our server for data security purposes; such storage may make it possible to identify those accessing such data without authorisation, e.g., IP address, date, time, and the pages looked at). Analysis of such data will not be carried out except in anonymous form for statistical purposes.

All information published on our site has been compiled to the best of our knowledge and belief. We do not guarantee the currency, correctness, completeness or quality of this information.

LUWOGE's internet pages are protected by copyright. The information contained in them and the design of these pages may neither published – whether wholly or in part, reproduced, distributed nor transmitted electronically or by any other means without the written permission of the provider. The modification or use of this internet website for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without the written permission of the provider.

We are happy to have links refer users to LUWOGE's website but request that this be discussed with us beforehand. We reserve the right to prohibit access to our website via such links in individual cases.

We accept no responsibility for the content of websites connected to our website via links. This is the sole responsibility of the third-party provider.

In the verdict of 12 May 1998 (312 O 85/98: "Haftung für Links" ["Liability for links"]), the Hamburg Regional Appeals Court (LG Hamburg) concluded that there is a shared responsibility for the content of a third-party website connected via links if there is a link to that third-party website from one's own website. In the Court's view, this responsibility can only be disclaimed by expressly distancing oneself from this content.

We therefore hereby expressly distance ourselves from all content of all linked sites and declare that this content is not ours. This declaration applies to all existing links which are currently active and to all those which become active in the future.

The provider cannot guarantee that the internet sites offered here, the links or the linked sites themselves are free of viruses.

The provider disclaims entirely all liability for damage caused by the use of the information provided, unless this damage was caused wilfully or as the result of gross negligence.
